About Me: Ayana Lassiter-Dumond, APCC
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of your next step? Therapy can provide a space to gain clarity, build coping skills, and move forward with confidence whether you're navigating the challenges of life transitions as an adolescent, relationship struggles, major life changes, such as, career changes, divorce, death of a loved one, transitioning to adulthood, and/or adjusting to parenthood.

I enjoy working with youth (ages 11 and older), adults, couples, those preparing for marriage, and postpartum parents adjusting to their roles as parents or managing symptoms of postpartum. Together we will explore the barriers stopping you from meeting your personal goals and develop a plan of practical tools to overcome your mental health barriers to improve as an individual and in your relationships.

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative and my goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. I integrate person-centered therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian therapy, and attachment-based approaches to create a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs and help you thrive in life. Contact me to schedule a 15 minute consultation to learn more and get started addressing your personal mental health goals.

Why see an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC):
